HOW IT WORKS - Golf Cart RACING

All Are Welcome

  • All golf carts will need to enter the race facility through the race gate located on the south side of the track. Upon entry attendants will check your online admissions ($20) or admission payment can be made at the gate ($30) this does not includes your race fee.

  • You will then be escorted to the designated parking area in the pits.

  • Golf cart that are drag racing will need to register at the main office and sign a waiver .  Friendly staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You will be allowed one time trial as many times before the elimination rounds. 

  • Golf racing is Timed eight Mile racing. 

  • Golf Cart Racing will begin after the final truck racing is complete

  • Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

  • Early registration cost is $20 and ends August 1st

  • Late Registration is $30, beginning August 2nd.

  • 16 Team (entries) Limit / per class

CHECK-IN

  • All golf carts must arrive by 4:30pm August 17th to be checked-in for tech inspection and remain in the staging area throughout the entire event.

  • You will need to sign a waiver. Time Trials begin at 6:30pm.

CLASSIFICATION

  • Upon arrival, Tech Review will confirm the race category applicable to each cart. Designated Categories: Stock Gas, Modified Gas, Stock Electric & Modified Electric.

RACE FORMAT

  • Carts will be staged and compete in timed drag races against carts in the same category. One time Trial then first round eliminations

  • Carts may also participate in Head-to-Head Grudge Matches with carts outside their designated category. See Staging Lane Staff for more info

DETERMINING CLASS WINNERS

  • The Four Class Winners in each category will race against each other. The "King Of The Track" will be determined by pairing the two quickest category winners regardless of category.

REQUIRED TO RACE:

  • Racers must ware helmets, Long Pants and shoes or boots. One racer per cart / no passengers will be allowed.           

TRAILING CART

  • If you are trailing your cart to the event, you must part truck & trailer in the parking area designated for vehicles, unload your cart and drive your cart to the cart staging area (approximately 100 yards).
